Earl, operated by Noctusoft, Inc., lets a real estate client text an agent’s published Earl number about a property inquiry, showing, or listing. Earl relays that conversation to the agent and sends the agent’s replies back from the Earl number. This is a conversational, transactional SMS program. It is not a marketing or promotional campaign.

You opt in by visiting https://www.noctusoft.com/sms/earl/, entering your mobile number, and checking a box (unchecked by default) that you agree to receive recurring two-way SMS from Noctusoft (Earl) about your real estate inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of hiring the agent.
