- You may revoke access at any time through your Intuit account settings or by contacting us.
- We do not store QuickBooks credentials or raw token data beyond what is necessary to maintain an active authorized session.
- Data retrieved from QuickBooks is used solely to perform your requested services and is not shared with third parties.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Noctusoft does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Trusted vendors (e.g., hosting, cloud infrastructure) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 10. Third-Party Services
Our services may connect to third-party platforms (Intuit QuickBooks, Google APIs, Twilio, SendGrid, Square, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. Noctusoft is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
